Detailed Policy Terms
Cancellation Policy (calculated from the departure date):
- Within 15 days of departure:
No refund - 16 to 29 days before departure:
25% of the total booking amount refundable - 30 days or more before departure:
50% of the total booking amount refundable
The above refund policy applies only before trip departure.
Once the trip has commenced, all payments made towards the trip shall become completely non-refundable under all circumstances.
No refund shall be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, early exits, unused services, or cancellations due to personal reasons.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, road blockages, or other force majeure events, no cash refund shall be applicable. However, Treki Travels may offer rescheduling or travel credits at its sole discretion.
Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed within 7–14 working days.
